One pot at a time.

Zai Homemade Food is a home kitchen in DHA Phase 3, Lahore — not a restaurant, not a cloud kitchen, and not a central unit reheating trays. One chef cooks a short list each day, in the quantity that can be watched properly, and when a batch is finished it’s finished.

Every order is portioned from the same pot the family eats from, sealed while it’s still hot, and handed over without a conversation you didn’t ask for. That last part is deliberate. You shouldn’t have to make small talk to get fed.

Where we deliver

Pickup is from Street No 2, Iqbal Park, DHA Phase 3, Lahore 42000. Delivery runs across DHA Phases 1–8, Askari, Cantt and Gulberg. Order by 4:00 PM for same-day — anything later goes on tomorrow’s list.
